Sam Dial Jewelers ("Sam's" to our family) - the only jeweler for us! Each of our four kids received "Sam's, from Dad" on their 16th birthday. Two of our daughters found wedding pieces there, as well. Sam, my husband, and I have created multiple custom pieces that receive "WOW" whenever they're worn. SDJ was also able to service my mother-in-law's custom clasp on her wedding ring, making it wearable again. The wonderful staff are kind and knowledgeable. Sam and his team are all about the relationship first, and sparkly things are along for the ride.

Ashley and the team at Sam Dial did an awesome job guiding us through the engagement ring buying experience remotely. Ashley was very helpful answering all our questions and going back and forth on design details. The rest of the team in store were great during pickup and resizing.

We bought my fiancé and I’s rings here. They have great customer service and were super helpful. All the employees were knowledgeable but never pushy. We revisited the store multiple times to check out different options and they never got annoyed with us being indecisive. When they got my fiancés ring in, it didn’t fit perfectly. They resized it for free and told us they would do anything to make it right. They also have a generous student discount that most other ring stores don’t offer. I would recommend their store to anyone.

We had a wonderful experience in Ashley was such a big help. We wanted to incorporate two rings into a special design for my husband. So we used his wedding band and we used my father‘s wedding band and then added some more gold to it and he really wanted sapphires and diamonds. It turned out absolutely beautiful and there was so much love that was included in this ring. I wanted to have a ring that would compliment my husband‘s and so I have a wedding band for our my 25th wedding anniversary and then I have a band that I got when we had been married for 15 years and then we added the sapphires and once again we couldn’t be more pleased we buy all of our jewelry at Sam Dial and I couldn’t even imagine going anywhere else

My husband and I were lucky enough to have been gifted his great grandmothers antique art deco diamond ring for our engagement. It was truly the most beautiful ring I had ever seen, but it was over 100 years old, and needed quite a bit of restoration to be safe to wear. The band was worn thin, some of the mill grain detailing had faded and one of the diamond’s tips had been chipped. We took it to Sam Dial’s for the restoration and had the most incredible experience. Not only was the entire team lovely to work with, but the restoration was truly state of the art. None of the original style was compromised and the chevron tips on the diamond that they suggested kept the silhouette perfectly intact. I’d also love to shout out to the wonderful Ann for helping us with this process. There is no one I trust more with my jewelry than Sam Dial’s!

Working with Sam Dial has been an awesome experience! From designing the ring to answering all of my questions they were fast and informative. The ring itself turned out so amazing and their work finding the right center stone was awesome! I worked with them on getting a sapphire with a specific colour and it went great! I'd recommend them 100% if you're looking for a ring, everyone on their team is awesome.
